iMedaConnection has an article that proclaims that the likes of McDonalds and Burger King should be on your Desktop and although the article is surounded by adverts for a company that creates Desktop applications it is interesting to read how the current websites aimed at Kids are just too complicated for kids !

Mylo, handheld Wifi device from Sony

Sony has announced that the “Mylo”, a wifi handheld device, should be available from September at around $350. It has been presented in black and ‘white and orange’ (as seen below).

Using AJAX properly, the way Google likes it

A very interesting article has been posted over at SoftwareDeveloper.com about using AJAX so that your site isn’t hiding content from the likes of Google : How to : Get Google and AJAX to play nicely.
The article gives some good examples of what to avoid doing and alternative methods to those generally used that will probably be more efficient. AJAX is a great addition to have, just make sure that you are not blinding the search engines from reading your content when you use it !
